beatles&me

everything's seems right, it's almost wrong
been having these thoughts for far too long
that it seems too simple this struggle, this strife
but then that's the way it is in my life

i want everyone and everything to be alright
but sometimes you feel you're losing the fight
they say to please no one but to yourself be true
i guess then that's all i've got to do

things don't have to be confusing really
in the end you might just end up being silly
i really shouldn't contemplate, these thoughts of mine
but it's only when i do that i feel fine

so then it's been a hard day's night
but i've gotten a little help from my friends
i'm not so much the fool on the hill
just sometimes afraid.. so don't let me down?
