i should have gone for training.. i need to run, jump, sprint until i'm tired, breathless.. till i reach the point that i think i can't go on anymore.. then nothing permeates my mind. just the very thought of wanting rest and water... those times.. i feel mentally detached... what matters is just the physical... and sometimes.. having nothing to think about is what i need.. i woke up today thinking the exact same thing i went to sleep with... i'm not a very holistic person... i zoom into the finest details and often miss the bigger picture... but it's the smallest things that people do that makes and mean the most.. because the smallest things.. i feel.. show the intentions of their sub-concious... and when you do things naturally... that intstinctive reflex.. it shows what you really want, who you really are... what you really mean... then why do things sometimes potray a different image when looked at holisticly? the little things put together.. they show a different picture... i don't know what to make of these little things now. they're pieces of a puzzle that don't fit.. but why? i know if i let myself fall.. no.. think it's unfair.. but before i start wailing, whining.. there's always the other side of a coin.. the flipside.. i'll try to hang on to that first... maybe i'll do my homework.. maybe i'll just think more..maybe i'll have to choose between what i have....
