9.57pm; wednesday

i'm so tired! the week is creeping by ever so slowly but it's been pretty smashing. tomorrow's sports day though and i'll have to run the teacher's race. can just imagine that if i trip and fall flat on my face. all the students will be throwing their heads back and roaring with laughter *shudders*.. oh well paranoia seizes me again but we'll see. well yesterday, me and shikin gave nicole a suprise visit with flowers, a gift and great company of course! boy was she surprised! :) haha we did our nails, hair, everything girly and fun :) haha oh, i played literati with my student and lost to him. *shit* we made this bet, playing a best of three, that the loser has to sing in front of the whole class. and so we've won a game each and hence the next game will be the one that seals our fate. how did i ever get myself in this situation?? *cringes* haha oh well.. met up with jh, jolene and andy today for a farewell . he's booking in friday! munched at jh's and we never got through breakfast at tiffany's/ there's something about mary because some of us were too impatient. *heh* :) it was parkway then for our shortest dinner ever due to my uh.. timely error? *abashed* oh yes!! my form class decorated the notice board at the back of the class. it's bloomin' good! went with a retro music theme ala "pink floyd" and managed to squeeze in a little beatles. heh :) i love being in power.. the board is really funky monkey! might take a photo. hmm it's time for me to hit the sack. let's hope my race goes swell tomorrow *cross fingers* :)

"Just listen to the music of the traffic in the city,
Linger on the sidewalks where the neon signs are pretty.
How can you lose ? The lights are much brighter there,
you can forget all your troubles, forget all your cares...
And go down town!..."
