9.03pm; wednesday

it was so dreary to go back to school after such a good break. am a form teacher now and the admin work is killing me *sigh*. oh well i gotta suck it up. the morning was fine but it turned sour later on, i.e. had a terrible day today. But each of those phonecalls made every bit of a difference. sometimes hysteria does the trick of getting you in a better mood :) i realised just now that i have great friends who are always there for me when i need someone to talk to. even a casual conversation without actually teling some of my dear friends of what was bothering me made me feel that much better. it was just assuring knowing that there was someone there. i love you darlings. you'll never know what you did for me :) i watched breakfast at tiffany's. i love audrey hepburn! everyone simply has to watch it. i really gotta pick out more old films and watch them. i think black and white films are more alluring. it has none of that technicolour to distract and instead has a charm that simply entices. everything is in its very essence and quintessential. ah, i'm steel reeling in awe at breakfast at tiffany's. it's just perfect.

there's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbows end
and waiting round the bend..."
