ooh, everyone around me is groaning at the thought of school while i'm still pretty much a month or so away from it *smirk* heh :) well, it can't be thaaat bad i'm sure. ok ok, i shan't provoke any of you much further. and so the sugar rush of being back is slowly dissipating. don't get me wrong, i love you darls but once everyone goes back to sch, i'm relegated to couching the days away to dvds and oprah. hah. jh, jolene.. must go hk okay?
i've been seeing a lot of kids in town, first 3 mths for sure. i remember how i was- fresh from cedar, very much a green horn, meeting tonnes of people, mass dance *grin*, sneaking out of sch for town lunches and all those weekends spent clubbing. it came and went, and there i was disnterested in tj. being in 2nd intake was shit, i was pining for cj for the entire of yr1. then things changed, i started to love tj for the teachers, friends.. (such a cliche huh?) i loved geog to bits for one. making sure you knew anyone and everyone became less impt. clubbing incessantly became a novelty that wore off. those times were kickass really, but nicole was saying the other day-"we're going to be twenty this year". and you realise when you look back, that while every experience counts, it's your real friends that you need to keep close to you. it's also time you thought about things like working, what you want for yourself, your family and the people you care about. well that's just me, i'm a worry wart, and i start thinking and planning and fret if something should not go as planned. yes i know, things sometimes just happen and you can't control everything. and... well that's the story morning glory.
beatles are good. michael jackson did 'come together' real well. i still wish i was born in the 60s. old school music of the 50s, i bet i could learn how to swing dance too. sometimes i'll ask ppl out of the blue, "if you could be anywhere in the world right now where would you be?". i've gotten some intriguing answers, walking along a railway track, at the highest point when i'm on a swing. what abt you? anyway, go d/l 'while my guitar gently weeps', i think it's one of the best songs ever written, along the likes of little wing-hendrix, across the universe-lennon. you have to love the beatles. you can't listen to music and not like at least a few of their songs. alright, it's been a rant of a post, barely coherent and a ramble. i can just anticipate jh saying something to that :) i better pack, see you monday.

Little darling it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, do do do do
Here comes the sun, and I say It's all right.."
