monday; 10.37pm
and with every winter comes those damned chilblains. annoying as hell and nothing i can do about it because i have poor circulation and that means persistently cold feet. and i'm guessing the hot showers i take have something do with it because "the cold causes constriction of the small blood vessels in the skin and if rewarming of the skin happens too rapidly, there is leakage of blood into the tissues as the blood vessels do not respond quickly enough to this rewarming." Bah! getting cold feet takes an entire new meaning with me now.. *annoyed*
