I got an invite for for the castan centre review conference and so dragged myself out of bed early this morning to go to the malthouse and I only stayed for the first panel but it was really good to hear eminent speakers talk about the connection between global warming and human rights. The director of Earth Justice who spoke, Martin Wagner, has a very Anderson Cooper thing going on about him.

I'm trying to get as much work done now because I have to spend the afternoon cooking to bring something for the Thanksgiving dinner at Erica's (she's American). Pumpkin pie is taken care of and Erica's going to be turkey basting so it was either mashed potatoes, roast vegetables or cranberry sauce. I decided to go with the roast veg and let's hope they'll like it! Granted we're a couple of days late for Thanksgiving but I'm really looking forward to a good break/ dinner. I'm just really exhausted from Vis and with the claimant memo's due on 6th Dec it's going to be full on. Alright, back to drafting the memo...
