About Rose:
I grew up in Singapore, lived in Melbourne but currently call London home. I love gastronomic adventures, especially while travelling. I stated writing at 17 to remember how it all began.

1. The Matchbox Twenty concert is sold out. They only started selling this morning and I went over to get the tickets just 4 hours after they first opened but they're all gone :( Here's praying that they decide to play one more night in Melbourne, otherwise I'll be at the mercy of the scalpers.

2. Had the practice moots with the alumni on Wednesday evening at the law chambers in the city and it went well. I was told that I spoke too fast but otherwise had pretty good arguments. I can't help but feel a little bit chuffed because until now, Jeff's tough love and rigourous mooting practices left me feeling like I was an incompetent twit.

3. Got more dresses for the summer and just went to the seamstress this morning to get the shoulders taken in. Lovely.

4. Rachel came over for dinner and a night of DVDs. The roast chicken was very good but pasta was only mediocre. Must work on pasta sauce. We watched spy game and I fell in love with Robert Redford over and over again.

5. My e-mail inbox is flooding with Vis related stuff. The exciting stuff is that we've swopped around memorandums and so got other team's memos and they also just released the list of universities we're up against in HK. Then there's more practice moots next week and we're still trying to get a flight from HK to Paris in time for the ICC pre-moots. It feels like we're on the amazing race- will we get to the pit stop in time?

"Day breaking on the boulevard
Feel the sun warming up your second hand heart
Light swimming right across your face
And you think maybe someday, yeah
Maybe someday"
-the difference, matchbox twenty
