There's something very clarifying about the summer rain washing away the heat of the day. For a while it smells like spring and the soft cool breeze hints of autumn and the air is crisp. In this moment, life seems unbelievably serene. It has been such an amazing year, I sometimes wish I could relive it all.
snowfall on my lashes in at the Prater; wind in my hair on a boat in Cambodia; walking along the grassy knolls of Liberty Island; hiking up the hills in the desert of Iran; mooting at the ICC in Paris; walking barefoot in the sand at Airey's Inlet, watching the rain fall from the Jefferson memorial; horse riding at Daylesford; jumping in puddles in the rain in Hungary; offer at Landers; watching the sun rise over Vienna; trekking across Lamma island in Hong Kong; making snow angels at Lake Mountain; finding a beautiful piece of jewellery in Quebec; Fred & Ginger in Prague; LLB(Hons) at Graduation; snow cones in Central Park; all the pretty frocks; listening to violins echo in the halls at Quicy Market in Boston; catching the Australian Open; sitting on deck chairs on the Rooftop; double rainbows across the sky in Washington DC...
The rain falls softly against my window pane.
