I grew up in Singapore, lived in Melbourne but currently call London home. I love gastronomic adventures, especially while travelling. I stated writing at 17 to remember how it all began.

Friday, 2.49pm

 Just like that, autumn has set in and the last of the summer heat is gone. 

 I ended the summer with a week spent by Lake Annecy, jumping into the green waters, spending afternoons snoozing lazily in gardens, wandering though the old town inspecting peaches and ceramics at the markets, or sailing across the gleaming lake on a particularly sunny day.

 I returned back to London to be reunited after 4 long months away with him in Arizona and on me the other side of The Atlantic.  The agony of that separation melted away and we spent the days talking, cooking together, seeing friends and even on occasion duking it out at shuffleboard.

 So while the cool autumn air sets in, I am very much comforted to have my love back with me.
