had a bad start to the morning but i'm glad things are going well. didn't sleep very well last night and hence woke up very cranky. VERY. was surprised though, to find a john lennon poster on my desk that my sister had bought for me :) went to school and a teacher came up to me asking "rose, is everything alright?" i proceeded on to say "yeah..", that my marking was done and how i couldn't help but feel responsible over the fact that only 10 people of the entire sec 4 cohort passed their compre. and he went, "no that's not what i meant, you don't look too good". it's great to have such nice colleagues around. they make things more bearable.. went for a run later and that was probably when things got better.. with the wind rushing past me, like with every run, i knew that i didn't have to chase anymore. i could just take each stride insouciantly, leaving my cares behind. i wasn't running away from thoughts (quite literally actually), more like, i was running my troubles away.. anyhow, i'm gonna watch kumar's play on saturday and i hope it'll be good! oh what will i wear? *hah* go ahead, roll your eyes. taps foot against the floor, head bobs up and down.. i love stevie wonder!
