8.18 pm; friday

a day in a life: i dragged myself out of bed and rushed to pack my bag for school, i was late.. again. i grabbed a jam donut and a cup of hot chocolate and ran for the train. i didn't miss it like i usually do. friday the thirteenth wasn't bad, it was good. it began drizzling and i reached school just before i froze in the bleeding cold. legal process was alright, very alright in fact. mr "cool iBook" asked very good, thought provoking questions. then mr "friendly" got the whole lecture laughing, unwittingly, he cracks me up. i went to the law library after legal process and did readings and research and it took the longest time! i rushed off to the matheson library thinking i was to meet my teamwork group there. realised it was at the law library. felt like such a git. my team was great! hong has his own secretary to type out our project and has the most amazing connections, paul asks intelligent questions, mazin sets us straight and ruth puts me at ease.. thank god i got a great group :) i was late for tennis lessons after that meeting! i ran 3 blocks and pictured having 7 other ppl waiting for me. to my surprise, i was the only one the coach was waiting for. it wasn't some old frumpy man but a senior student. it was really splendid, i learnt so much.. i love it :) i reached home and found the shopping buys my sis got for me, my long awaited campers, another 2 pair of shoes and earrings. who said friday the 13th was bad luck. well, we're going to watch the exorcist now. goodnight :)

"Woke up, fell out of bed, dragged my comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
and looking up I noticed I was late.
Found my way coat and grabbed my hat,
made the bus in seconds flat...."
