7.14pm; sunday

i'm in the laziest of moods and am feeling terribly sluggish and lethargic. i sat myself on the couch and readied myself for an afternoon of reading. well, it's quarter past seven and i've only done enough to elucidate myself on 3 pages of lecture notes *shakes head disapprovingly* it must be the weather, right? it's simply not conducive for studying. while i'm convinced i'm only making excuses for myself, i can't help but wonder what's wrong with the walls in my apartment. they're suppose to insulate, not emanate the cold into the apartment. another week of school begins and imminent datelines are a harsh reminder to the amount of readings and research to be done. i miss post a levels, hell i actually miss tj. at least you weren't alone. oh, the only thing that will make me feel better would be to actually finish my readings. i rub my eyes wearily and wince at the thought of the stack of readings that await me. i hope i do well.

"I remember the days of just keeping time
of hanging around in sleepy towns.. forever
back roads empty for miles...
Well, you can't have a dream and cut it to fit "
