12.24pm; sunday

it's all been good with many meet ups. amidst pedicures and shopping trips. genki, victorian tea house and simpang (!) have been great, great food. i just miss all the gastronomic delights here lah :) i could go on and go on about the food (and my expanding waistline) but i'll just eat to my heart's content for now. internship's from 4-15th july so that means there's just one week left before i have to make daily trips "to the 30th floor of One Marina Boulevard". my mom says i'll be floored when i see their reception area and honestly i'm a bit nervous and i hope i don't get a bad review at the end of all of this. hopefully they'll have me back for the summer *fingers crossed*. wish me luck, new blouse and shoes in tow, i hope i do fine.

i slept at 3 yesterday watching murray and nalbandian. oh man you just wanted that 18yr old to win sooo much. he was 2 sets up against nalbandian and when it got to the fourth set (7-6, 6-4, 0-6, 4-4) you got to see the crowd cheer so hard with every point won. and at breakpoint 4-4 sean connery was in the royal box going ballistic when they called murray out for a point won. haha, it was so funny seeing sean connery pumping his fists with each point won, grtting his teeth growling with every bad call and wincing with each winner missed. pair this with the tonnes of britons cheering for their young lad and you find me in bed kicking my blanket off with each nerve wrecking point won and game lost. it was damn good lah.

it's so good to be back :)
