I grew up in Singapore, lived in Melbourne but currently call London home. I love gastronomic adventures, especially while travelling. I stated writing at 17 to remember how it all began.

9.07am; wednesday

alright, off to get my hair done in a bit. spent the last 2 days hanging about shopping with my mom and finding good eats with my dad and always rushing back early enough to catch E! entertainment specials and wimbledon. i watched the special on mark david chapman (he killed lennon) and the way people stood vigil outside lennon's home for days on end in vigil after he died and with radio stations playing 'imagine' and the 'double fantasy' album was simply crushing to watch. Henin-hardenne got kicked out in the first round (!) and i wanted her to win, bloody hell. anyhow, safin and philippoussis are playing today and that will be quite a watch. so contrary to popular belief, i'm actually easy to please- a good tennis match/ anything on the beatles/ great food/ kickass music/ my best friends for company. of course it wouldn't hurt if you threw in a good shopping trip and a bit of travelling bi-annually but for me it's always the things i love that matter. hey, let's meet soon, once my internship gets going i'll be swamped. so i'll see you in a bit :)
