Sunday, 9.07pm I have extracted below a section from my travel logs and some photos. This one, I believe, was written on my flight from Lisbon to Amsterdam, at the tail end of the month long trip.
7 July 2013 - This past month has brought with it a constant change of cities where I have reconnected with family and friends, discovered new spaces and acquaintances, and enjoyed great food (oh the sardines in Sintra!) and new sights.
I have learned values important to me, experiences that I yearn for and most of all reconnected with myself.
As with every trip I take, I hope I don't lose this perspective of knowing what is really important, the people I want to have in my life, and the things I want in it.
A week from today, I will turn 28. They say every 7 years, new and significant changes will occur in one's life.
I hope things will happen (the way they're meant to) and with it the promise of a fresh start.
