Friday, 4.21pm

I was back in Singapore last weekend for a whirlwind trip which lasted all of 3 days. It was exhausting but so good to be back with family celebrating Eid. I don't think all us siblings had come together like that in years and I felt absolutely restored being back with family. You get used to being away but each time I return I realise how much I'm missing out on.

I have returned to London with a renewed hope that this too shall pass. I hope the weekend away in Salisbury will do us some good.
